It represents the diversity of the region and its main grape varieties (Loureiro, Alvarinho, and Avesso). Without gas and without sugar, it is a light, fresh wine with good aromatic intensity.
Manual harvest. Pneumatic pressing of whole clusters. Cold decanting of the must for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures (16°C). Aging in stainless steel tanks with bâtonnage. Without gas and without sugar.
